"Katy was fantastic with helping me deal with the running injury I got during marathon training. The injury occurred only two weeks before the race, but she was able to figure out the problem quickly and help with exercises to fix it, as well as exercises to prevent reoccurance in the future. I was still able to finish the race and have had no reoccurences a year and a hlaf later following her exercise plan. She was very patient and encouraging. I highly recommend her to any runners!

I happened to find Katy as my running coach and cheerleader by pure luck! Trying to run again from a prior knee injury felt overwhelming, and Katy put me at ease with a reasonable (and custom) training plan, to get me stronger and more aerobically fit (and prepared) for my half marathon. Her PT skills additionally helped in understanding and navigating my prior injury. We crossed the finish line together on a remote call :) I would recommend Katy's coaching skills (and her friendly, positive demeanor) to anyone looking to improve their running!
