"Katy was fantastic with helping me deal with the running injury I got during marathon training. The injury occurred only two weeks before the race, but she was able to figure out the problem quickly and help with exercises to fix it, as well as exercises to prevent reoccurance in the future. I was still able to finish the race and have had no reoccurrences a year and a half later following her exercise plan. She was very patient and encouraging. I highly recommend her to any runners!

“I happened to find Katy as my running coach and cheerleader by pure luck! Trying to run again from a prior knee injury felt overwhelming, and Katy put me at ease with a reasonable (and custom) training plan, to get me stronger and more aerobically fit (and prepared) for my half marathon. Her PT skills additionally helped in understanding and navigating my prior injury. We crossed the finish line together on a remote call :) I would recommend Katy's coaching skills (and her friendly, positive demeanor) to anyone looking to improve their running!”

"Feeling much better in 3 weeks period..."
I set up my appointment with Dr Katy 3 weeks ago , I had a pain in my hip that gives me an uncomfortable time especially when I go to my jogging or even a walk . Dr Katy on the evaluation gave me different types of exercise to perform 4 times a week. I’m very happy with results , feeling much better in 3 weeks period. Very nice person, she listen us attentively, explain us all process very clearly!!
I recommend her to everyone.

“Katy provided me with a personalized running program that's helping me for my first 10k. Before I couldn't do anything past a 5k because I had poor endurance and poor breathing. I was exhausted at the end. A few months into Katy's program and the difference is night and day. 5k comes so easy, I can bust that out on the fly. 10k here I come!”
