  • Your first session will consist of a comprehensive evaluation to better identify the root issue, as well as any deficits that need to be addressed. This means assessing movement patterns, strength and capacity, mobility, tissue irritability, and also discussing training and medical history.

  • These are important check-in points. They allow us to track your progress and determine if we are progressing appropriately and addressing the true root cause of an issue, which more often in chronic cases, can take more than one session to identify.

    Your sessions may include: activity and workout programming modifications, therapeutic exercise, motor control training, gait analysis, manual therapy techniques. And they will always include a review of your home program so you can feel confident with your exercises.

  • Yes! You will have easy communication access with me. I aim to check-in regularly, but you are always encouraged to reach out especially if something doesn’t feel right or your symptoms are exacerbated. This way we can discuss strategies for relief and come in for a follow-up sooner.

  • Physical Therapy: ReMove Rehab is an out-of-network, fee for service provider. You are more than welcome to request superbills to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This allows for:

    • Treatment catered to you that is not dictated by insurance

    • Transparent pricing - no surprise bills after your sessions

    • True 1:1 care at all times

    • Oftentimes time and money is saved with less frequent (but more comprehensive) appointments, in addition to some insurance policies offering limited benefits for physical therapy
