Physical Therapy Evaluation: At your first session, your physical therapist will have an in-depth discussion about your history and goals, perform a thorough assessment including assessing range of motion, strength, movement patterns, etc., and develop an initial game plan for you.
Runner’s Performance Assessment: During your assessment, your coach will go over your training history, assess your running gait, and take you through a series of performance tests that may lend insight into key areas of focus for training and injury prevention.
Coaching Plans: Your coach will hop on a call with you after you fill out some forms to get to know you and your goals better. After that, your plan will be sent to you!

Comfortable workout clothes that allow for observation of the affected region. Ex. Tank tops/sports bras for upper body complaints, runner/gym shorts for lower body complaints. You may also bring clothes to change into once you arrive.
