Welcome! I am excited to get to know you and be a part of your journey. It is no small thing that you have granted me a lens into your life and health, so I appreciate the chance in collaborating toward your goals.

  • 1) Please fill out the paperwork sent to your email.

    2) Please respond to the confirmation text you will receive the day before your appointment - this ensures optimal scheduling for patient care.

    3) Bring your top priority questions! These should be addressed in your first session.

  • Physical Therapy Evaluation: At your first session, your physical therapist will have an in-depth discussion about your history and goals, perform a thorough assessment including assessing range of motion, strength, movement patterns, etc., and develop an initial game plan for you.

    Runner’s Performance Assessment: During your assessment, your coach will go over your training history, assess your running gait, and take you through a series of performance tests that may lend insight into key areas of focus for training and injury prevention.

    Coaching Plans: Your coach will hop on a call with you after you fill out some forms to get to know you and your goals better. After that, your plan will be sent to you!

  • Comfortable workout clothes that allow for observation of the affected region. Ex. Tank tops/sports bras for upper body complaints, runner/gym shorts for lower body complaints. You may also bring clothes to change into once you arrive.
