Frequently Asked Questions

Your first session will consist of a comprehensive evaluation to better identify the root issue, as well as any deficits that need to be addressed. This means assessing movement patterns, strength and capacity, mobility, tissue irritability, and also discussing training and medical history.
-
These are important check-in points. They allow us to track your progress and determine if we are progressing appropriately and addressing the true root cause of an issue, which more often in chronic cases, can take more than one session to identify.
Your sessions may include: activity and workout programming modifications, therapeutic exercise, motor control training, gait analysis, manual therapy techniques. And they will always include a review of your home program so you can feel confident with your exercises.
-
Yes! You will have easy communication access with me. I aim to check-in regularly, but you are always encouraged to reach out especially if something doesn’t feel right or your symptoms are exacerbated. This way we can discuss strategies for relief and come in for a follow-up sooner.

ReMove Rehab is an out-of-network, fee for service provider. Payment is due before the start of your session. You are more than welcome to request superbills to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This model allows for:
Treatment catered to you that is not dictated by insurance
Transparent pricing - no surprise bills after your sessions
True 1:1 care at all times
Oftentimes time and money is saved with less frequent (but more comprehensive) appointments
No limit to how many sessions can be rendered (some insurances will only cover a certain number of visits).
-
The benefit of this 1:1 model of care means we can often times see more improvements with fewer and less frequent sessions. That being said, the number of sessions depends on the individual case with chronic conditions or more complex cases requiring more visits.
Depending on the recommended plan, sessions can range anywhere from $140-195 with different payment plans available. HSA and FSA can be used!
